Can I buy Property in Turkey?

Many people from different nationalities are asking recently a very common question, Can I buy a property and invest in Turkey?
The answer is YES. In May 2012 a new law was released by the Turkish government that gives the rights to the foreigners from more than 129 different nationalities to buy and own properties in Turkey.
Of course there are few exceptions by means of nationality and some locations in Turkey.
